January of 2004, my best friend and I moved to Bowling Green to attend Western Kentucky University. We searched and searched for the perfect apartment and we found one that we both loved. It was close to campus and just the right size! When we moved in we had a dog (Rocky) that moved in with us.

A few days later I thought that I would take Rocky to meet the neighbors. So, I went over to our new friend Dan's apartment next door. While I was over there showing him our new puppy this really cute guy came downstairs.

We said hello to each other but that was the extent of our conversation. Rocky and I returned to our apartment. I took a shower and cooked dinner and was enjoying being settled in our new apartment. Then the doorbell rang and it was Gabe. He invited me to a Western basketball game(I looked terrible! wet hair, no makeup). I declined.

The next day he came by again and got my number. After a night of talking on the phone we went out on a date. Our first date was to O'Charleys. So cute :) We have been together ever since. I am madly in love with him four years later and can not wait to be Mrs. Forrester!!!
