1. Sandals Grande Antigua is an all inclusive resort. It is also a non-tipping resort. So, your price includes: transfer to and from the airport, hotel room for 2 adults, all food and drinks (including premium alcoholic beverages), tax and gratuities.

2. A $400 deposit is due at the time you book your room. The remainder must be paid 60 days before departure.

3. Our vows ceremony is on May 29, 2010, which is Memorial Day weekend. Ideally, you should plan to be with us from Friday (May 28) to Monday (May 31), though you are certainly welcome to make a longer vacation out of this trip! Our best guesstimate of the lowest cost for 2 adults for the weekend is $2500 total (all inclusive plus airfare with all taxes). This is based on the cost at our time of booking, but obviously prices may change.

4. Our travel agent is Ellen Downey. She has arranged a group booking with Sandals, and can also help with your flight arrangements, including a 5% group discount on American Airlines! 5. Sandals Grande Antigua is an adults only couples resort. Pricing is for 2 people. If you are planning on bringing children, traveling single, or sharing a room for a group larger than 2, Ellen can help you find nearby accommodations. She can also help you get a day pass to our resort so that you can join us for the wedding. With your day pass, you'll also have access to our resort's food and drinks!

6. We've included Sandals website and a map of Antigua so that you can see pictures of the resort and read up on all the specifics, as well as see where exactly Antigua is!
