Victoria is Rebecca's younger sister. They share twenty-four years of memories from crazy family trips to unique birthday parties and Rebecca is honored she would take on the role of maid of honor. Victoria is an incredibly kind person and can always find the humor in life. She moved to Minneapolis in 2006 to work as a medical device salesperson, and loves living there (although she prefers the summer weather).
Mindy and Rebecca's friendship began when they met in 8th grade and quickly solidified after Mindy's parents moved into Rebecca's subdivision. They played on the high school tennis team together, rode the same school bus (until they got their driver's licenses, of course), and shared the same awkward high school dance memories. Mindy now lives in Minneapolis and works for Fallon, an advertising agency. She is an incredibly thoughtful woman and always knows the right thing to say, no matter what the moment.
Carron and Rebecca have been friends since 4th grade. Their families were very close and did everything from celebrating New Year's together to their mom's leading the Girl Scout troop to playing piano duets. Then, Carron's family moved to Paris (sniff, sniff), but their friendship has become stronger than ever. Rebecca was a bridesmaid in Carron's wedding in October 2006 and after Paul and Rebecca get married, their wedding anniversaries will be within 2 weeks of each other.
Carron currently lives in Baltimore with her husband, Ben, and menagerie of 3 cats and 1 dog.
Amy and Rebecca met during their internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the summer of 2001. The two bonded through the stresses and fun times of public accounting, until Amy saw the light and left PwC to join Sigma Aldrich. She now travels all over the world as an internal auditor and always has an exciting story to share. Amy is a great friend because she is always there to lend a ear, and she's also one of the best party hostesses there is...Plus, she makes a heck of an appetizer with brie & fig jelly.
Brian and Paul met in high school in St. Louis, when they were introduced by fellow groomsman, Jason Koehrer. They spent many days playing basketball in Brian's parents driveway, which frustrated Brian, as he was rarely able to beat Paul. It especially frustrated Brian when Paul would dunk on him.
Brian still resides in St. Louis, and works in sales, selling windows primarily for large building projects. Brian is also engaged to be married to Sarah Dohrman on August 30th, 2008 in Hutchison, KS.
CJ and Paul were introduced about 10 years ago when the best man, Brian, moved back to St. Louis, from Springfield, MO, where CJ and Brian were fraternity brothers. CJ and Paul became friends based on their mutual enjoyment of competitive softball and lazy Friday afternoons at the pool.
CJ sells medical software and pharmaceuticals in St. Louis, and plays lots of golf, where his sole purpose on the course is to outdrive Paul, and not let him hear the end of it when he does. CJ also likes to give his friends a good laugh now and then, as can be seen from his photo here, where he chose to ride around on a jet ski at the Lake of the Ozarks, wearing a full gorilla suit.
Paul and Matt first met when Matt came to Lindbergh High School in the 9th grade, so they have been friends for almost 20 years now. Matt quickly became close friends with all of the wedding party, as they spent many Summer nights throwing snowballs from the Affton Ice Rink Zamboni at unsuspecting cars driving by, and swimming in Brian's parents pool until about 2 AM. Matt has been an electrician for Brda Electric for about 100 years now...well, at least since high school. Matt also has a lovely daughter named Maddi, who is now 6, but will be 7 years old on August 17th.
Jason and Paul met when Paul first moved to the "hood" in 7th grade. Jason was already friends with Brian, and introduced Paul shortly after moving to the neighborhood. That was about when the intense basketball games in Brian's parents driveway began...the hash marks of their wins are still on the garage wall today. Rumor has it that Jason and Paul never lost a game when they were on the same team :)
Jason is married to the lovely Pam, and has been since a few months after he and Paul graduated from engineering school in December of 2000 from Mizzou. Jason has since become a high school Math and Statistics teacher, and loves every day of his job.
And, Jason and Pam are also very excited about the newest addition to their family, their new daughter Allison, who was born just a couple weeks ago on April 8th.
