Di kame nahirapan maghanap ng church kasi non-negotiable ang NSDG. After Richard proposed, ito na agad ang inasikaso namen kasi sobrang masisira ang lahat pag di namen to nakuha. When we reserved, kami ang unang-unang nagpareserve for April 09 kaya nakapili kame ng gusto nameng time.
Almost everything went smoothly. Kahet nagresign yung dating secretary (Allan), maayos pa rin ang lahat. Lahat ng records ng couple nasa isang folder at may checklist talaga. Canonical interview was unforgettable as well dhel dami nameng take aways from the parish priest.
Come wedding day, wow!!! ang ganda ganda ng church. Maigsi lang ang aisle ng NSDG pero feeling ko ang haba ng aisle. I just love the church. Mainit sa loob dahil di aircon pero okay lang dahil di matatawaran ang ganda nya, haaaay. Nakakakilig.
Why a 2? As per Richard, pinapagmarch na daw sila eh wala pa ako hehehe. Syempre di pumayag ang groom ko, so hinantay nila ako. I was 5mins late kc. Sa pictorial naman, minadali nila kame kahit wala naman kasunod na wedding....di pa discreet, talagang inannounce pa sa mic na sa lbas na lang daw ang pictorial hahaha. Buti na lang dineadma ng photographer namen si Manang, sige pa rin kame sa pose.

Philippine Stock Exchange Auditorium

Very elegant yet affordable. Nagkaissue lang kame nung nagresign yung unang AE dahil di nya kami nagawan ng contract kaya natamaan kame ng price increase, very minimal lang naman yung fees kaya okay na rin.
Overall, maayos ang transactions namen with them. Di rin strict. What I love the most are their comfort room, malinis and maintained talaga and chandelier, naging elegant looking because of this.

Eloquente Catering Services
Peso Power: P480 per head plus 10% VAT

Eto ang THE BEST!!! Kung may mas mataas pa sa 1, yun ang ibibigay ko sa Eloquente. Magaling ang AE namen, Tina Santiago. Everytime magmeet kame, tawa lang ng tawa...parang magkabarkada. She made sure na di magkukulang ang food at sinobrahan nya pa ang sinet up na table. Lahat ng waiters, proactive at listo. Galing din ng head waiters. Sarap din ng food nila, as in lahat ng guests nasarapan. Sumobra kame ng 10guests pero may nauwi pa kameng food. Yung supplier meal, dapat naka-pack pero ginawa nilang buffet. Grabe talaga, feeling ko laki pa rin ng utang ko sa kanila kahit fully paid na kame.
Ganda rin ng set up nila sa reception, pina-upgrade ko (P2500) yung couples table at bonggang bongga ang kinalabasan. Magaling ang event stylist nila, kahit last minute ako magbago ng isip, they were able to comply. Si Jeric, the owner...dali kausap. Hanep sa customer service ang ELOQUENTE, no wonder marami silang clients na satisfied.

Fenestra Studios (Lee Llamas' 2nd team)- Photo and Video

We booked Fenestra back in May 2008, di pa ako w@wie nun hehehe. What I love most abouth them is that masaya sila sa shoot, tatawa ka ng tatawa kasi ang kukulit ng mga photographers. 2 lang talaga dapat ang photog namen pero on the day, 3 silang dumating. Ganda ng mga pictures, satisfied kame. Ganda din ng AVP and guestbook namen, galing!
Why a 2? Di nila nakuhaan ng pictures yung mga food, photobooth and other details sa reception. Though di ko sila ininstruct, I felt na dapat automatic na may pictures yun. Yun lang naman.
Pending pa yung rating namen sa final album, baka maging 1 pag super naimpress kame.
I still RECOMMEND them!
EJ Litiatco - Hair & Make Up Artist

Lahat nagandahan sa make up ko. Ang daming nagtanong kung sinong make up artist ko and they all complimented her work. Pinaganda ako ng bongagang bongga ni EJ, I soooo love her.
My hair was done by Allan. Pina-ulit ko yung hairstyle kasi yung una, labas yung noo ko hehehe. I don't blame him naman kasi hindi sya yung hairstylist ko nung trial ko, bigla kasi nagkaroon ng important event si Taday.

Oskar Peralta - Gown Couture

Lesson learned....wala sa pangalan yan haaay.
No fitting. I got the chance to fit my bridal gown 4days before our wedding, so tapos na sya. What will you expect? Walang bones yung side. Maluwag sa waist at wala akong shape. Di rin sakin bumagay yung sleeves.
TIP: Ask around. Mas maganda talaga kung may nakita ka ng previous work ng couture na napili mo. Make sure na may fitting, it's a must!

Cecilio Abad - Gown Alteration

He saved me and my gown. I contacted him 3days before our wedding. I emailed him the photos of the old gown (at about 9am) then at 2pm, we went to his shop and I had my fitting. I felt like a real bride. Sobrang inasikaso nila ako. Nakasabay ko pa si Sis Joy (Joy and Jon) na co-April 18 bride ko. Feeling ko naawa sya sakin nung suot ko yung old gown hehe, hi Sis Joy!
Sila pa nagbihis sakin on the day of our wedding na parang real Cecil bride, haay grabe talaga si Cecil. Now I know why he's blessed, because he has a good heart.
If given a chance to get married again, I'll go straight to Cecil..no questions asked!

Lalong pinagwapo ni Mang Rey ang groom ko. Walang alteration sa mga ginawa ni Mang Rey, lahat swak na swak! Ganda din ng ginawa nyang barong sa dad ni Richard, he used pina cocoon and it looked really elegant. Sorry, forgot the price. Lahat ng measurements sa house nila Richard ginawa, no hassle talaga. He also altered Richard's old barong na gagamitin nya sa kasal ng friend namen, and take note, free of charge.

Abbylyn's Fashion Shoes

Ganda ng shoes ko, I soooo love it! Gayang-gaya nila yung inspiration shoes ko.
Mabilis gumawa ang Abbylyn's. Another thing I love most about them is that their shoes are comfortable. Pwedeng pwede kang tumakbo on your big day.
Tip: Make sure i-practice nyo yung shoes nyo. Wear it for a couple of hours, kahit nasa room ka lang para sure na di sumakit paa nyo.

She took care of the entourage gowns. Binigay ko lang yung design tapos she gave life to it na. We bought the fabrics in Azcarraga Divisoria. Mas mura pala dito kesa Ilaya/Tabora. Sobrang pinagaan ni Auntie Nancy yung buhay ko dahil sya na ang kumokontak sa kanila for their fitting. At syempre, installment ang payment which I love the most.

Sobrang bait ni Alain, as in! Whenever we see him in Megamall, he treats us as one of his friends. We love our rings. It took us 6months to find the ring for us, kay Matus lang pala. Lifetime warranty, free cleaning, free diamond inside and free mock up ring...good deal.
Alain also gave us a special discount since he's the cousin of my officemate.

Ang aga dineliver ng mga flowers. Ang ganda ng arrangement at ang ganda ng bouquet ko. Good decision talaga na palitan ko from tulips to equadorian rose yung bouquest ko, natakot kasi ako sa tulips mabilis magwilt eh summer pa naman wedding namen.
Mang Boy is so easy to deal with. Generous din magbigay ng discount. Sabi nga niya, love niya ang mga brides hehehe.
We're super satisfied with Mang Boy's flowers.

Sound Salad Band (Dianne's Team)

Another favorite supplier! Dianne's team made our wedding very memorable to us and to our guests. Everyone loved them! I had goosebumps when I walked down the aisle and almost all of our guests were crying....ako lang yata hindi (buti na lang napigil ko), thanks EDZ!
Nagsplurge talaga kami sa entertainment coz we know that they will set the mood talaga. They accomodated almost all of our requests. We even had a listening session where they get to play our chosen songs. Dianne was hospitalized when we had our listening session but everything still went well. I only have praises for this band.
TIP:
Ask your band / singer first if they're familiar with the song you chose. If they're not, choose a different song unless it's non-negotiable. Mas maganda kung kinakanta na nila yung napili mo para di magkakamali.
Di namen pinilit yung mga song na di nila alam. Marami kaming pinrepare na songs and we gave them the freedom to choose what they'd like to play. Since shortlisted na yung mga songs, lahat ng pinlay gusto namen at talaga namang magaganda. Alam din nila kung ano ang nakakaantok at baduy sa pandinig hehehe.

Da best ang supplier na 'to. Back in March, nagkaproblema ako kasi it was only then that I found out na di pa nabook ni Nina ang Sound System. When I checked with Mheanne, sabi niya puno na daw sila on April 18. Sobrang naawa yata sakin kaya after 1 day tinawagan niya ako and told me that she and her hubby talked and decided na i-accomodate na ako. Yes! Sobrang saya ko talaga. They really have a good heart. They told me na ayaw nila na problemahin ko pa ang lights and sounds kaya they'll take care of it na lang.
Come wedding day, everything went smoothly. I wasn't able to meet Mheanne and Juancho but they made their presence felt because of the good sound system and nice parlights they provided.

Events by the Friday Club

Love ko ang Friday Club kasi sobrang inalagaan nila kame. We had a worry free wedding because of them. Why 2? Nagkaron ng problem sa seating arrangement kasi merong mga guests na di sumunod sa table assignment nila. To solve the problem, the coordinators had to approach the guests who didn't follow and have them moved to their right table. Ang problem, mali yung mga guests na inapproach nila na lumipat kaya nagalit yung guest hehe.
We don't really blame them kasi pasaway yung iba nameng guests, pero wala sanang nainis na guest kung nalocate kaagad kung sino yung dapat talaga palipatin.
Despite that problem, we still RECOMMEND Events by the Friday Club!
Pose N' Print - Photobooth

One of my favorite suppliers. I just love Pose and Print. Lahat ng guests nagenjoy. Two words will describe them, VERY EFFICIENT. Nagulat kame nung nakita namen yung mga guests namen na may hawak na 2 to 4 pictures EACH. Ang bilis nila magtrabaho at may sistema talaga. 200 ang guests namen at ang maganda dun, kundi maigsi walang nakapila sa photobooth kaya tuloy pabalik balik ang guests para magpapicture.
Our guests had so much fun. Even after the wedding, they would tell us how they enjoyed the booth. Pose n Print made our wedding fun. Bait din ng owner na si Noel, lahat ng request ko binigay niya. Wala ng meeting na naganap after we booked them, email lang lahat ng communication pero everything went well. Great customer service and output, two thumbs up for Pose n print!

Simple yet elegant. Print Trade did great in delivering our invites. They beat the deadline (they finished it in 7days) and committed no mistakes. Phone call and email lang din ang form of communication namen. Nagmukhang mamahalin yung invites namen hehehe. They're so easy to deal with.

Spacious rooms and affordable rates. One of our sisses here shared Viktoria's number. She sells membership for different hotels. For linden, 6,800 with complimentary stay in a 2BR room. Daming vouchers na kasama sa membership and ang laki ng discount.
Why a 2? Chinarge kame sa room ni Richard for half day kasi nagextend sya ng 2hours. Though somehow fault ko rin kasi i forgot to request for an extension. Okay pa din naman kasi they're very affordable.
I stilll RECOMMEND Linden Suites.
Bohol Beach Club - Honeymoon c/o Islands Accomodations

They took care of our reservation in BBC, pick up from and to airport and tours. Nakakatuwa, we have our own driver and tourist guide. Feeling namen turista talaga kame. They made our stay in Bohol memorable.
BOHOL BEACH CLUB
One of the best resorts in Panglao Bohol. I love their amenities, ang daming pool at ang ganda ng beach. Their staffs are very accomodating too. They granted all our requests. Da best!
