Chrisse is Betsy's older and wiser sister. They are separated by almost 3 years and while almost not surviving their teenage years together, are now the closest of friends. Chrisse lives with her husband, Ryan and their daughter, Clara in Boonsboro, Maryland. She currently works for Experient in Frederick, Maryland.

While Sara and Betsy attended the same elementary school, middle school and summer pool...they somehow managed to stay clear of each other until high school. Sara and Betsy became the best of friends while Betsy was a Junior and Sara was a Sophomore at Frederick High. Betsy and Sara have shared incredible times and the best of stories throughout the years. Their story together will continue on as they are marrying childhood friends!!! Sara and her husband, Joe, are responsible for bringing Rob and Betsy together. Sara works for Cognetix in Charleston, South Carolina.
Colleen Begg

Colleen and Betsy have seriously known one another since birth, by way of their awesome parents who decided to be friends. During highschool, Colleen and Betsy developed an incredible bond that has only gotten stronger through the years. Colleen works for Mercer and lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Harry.

Though Lauren and Betsy first met in middleschool, when Lauren was lucky enough to get suckered into unofficially tutoring Betsy in math...the two really became close friends in highschool. Moving onto Towson University, Betsy and Lauren decided to be roomies. It was there that the two grew to be the greatest of friends. Lauren is an amazing woman with the biggest heart you will ever find. When not busy being the awesome person she is, Lauren can be found at highschool dances or enjoying Don Pablos. She currently lives in Frederick, MD with her husband Jason, and is a 4th grade teacher in Ellicott City.
Amy Rojewski

Amy and Betsy first met while they both were working at ExpoExchange in 2003. They quickly became friends and have remained very close despite Amy's relocation. Amy is truly the life of the party and she and Betsy have shared so many special times in only a few short years. Amy currently lives in Balitmore, Maryland and works as a Pharmaceutical Rep for Forest.
Mardy Holt

Mardy and Betsy first met at Frederick High School. Their paths crossed in many ways over the years - but it wasn't until after college, when both girls moved back to Frederick, that they developed such a strong friendship. Mardy still lives in Frederick with her husband Erik - and is an English teacher at Urbana Highschool.
Ian Tisdale
Best Man
Rob and Ian have been best friends since around 3rd grade. Although Ian is an alumni of the University of Maryland, Rob in his wisdom and understanding, forgives Ian for this black mark on their friendship. Ian is one of the nicest, caring people that anyone can hope to meet. One would question their friendship if they ever witnessed Rob and Ian engaged in a heated game of “turtles”, a game they made up many moons ago that involves smacking each other repeatedly in the face and saying turtles. A great memory and a game that is played to this day. Ian is truly one of the funniest people on this planet and Rob is honored to have him as his best friend and his best man. Ian lives in Baltimore and is an Emergency Management Coordinator for the Government.
Harry Begg

Rob met Harry at Colleen and Harry’s wedding. Rob was impressed with the newlywed’s ability to stay up until 4am. So he decided to befriend Harry, luckily Harry returned the gesture. They soon realized they share the same warped sense of humor. Harry enjoys gator wrangling, bird watching, and macramé. Recently his chinchilla “bobby socks” was named east coast finalist for shiniest coat. Way to go b-socks! Harry is a great and loyal friend. He lives in Delaware with his awesome wife Colleen. Harry is a senior consultant with HTG consulting.
Joe Corbett

Joe and Rob both grew up in Middletown. They played sports together and tried to stay out of trouble in the neighborhood. Rob saw Joe out in Frederick and noticed he was talking to the girl from the gym. He then began to bug Joe almost daily for info on Betsy. Rob went as far as helping Joe with packing heavy furniture when they moved to S.C. in hopes that Betsy would be there. The rest is history! Thanks Joe! Joe lives Charleston, SC with his wife, Sara.
David Bunch

Rob met David while attending West Virginia University. They were instant friends. David was the drummer in two bands with Rob. They share the same love of WVU football and should not be allowed to watch the games together as things get out of hand. David was also on hand when Rob broke his back. He enjoys quoting Rob's famous words "I'm hurt, I'm hurt!" David currently lives in New York City.
Peter Hassett

Rob met Peter whilst courting Betsy. Pete is Betsy's younger brother. Rob and Pete found a connection early on with their love (or obsession) with music and playing the guitar. Peter currently lives in Frederick, Maryland and works for Enforme Interactive and Blue Noise Studios, both also located in Frederick.
Ryan New

Ryan and Rob met once Betsy and Rob were dating. The two have since grown to be good friends - sharing an unequivocal love for all things Las Vegas. In fact, Ryan was a key player in the Vegas proposal. Ryan lives in Boonsboro, Maryland with his wife Chrisse (Betsy's older sister), daughter Clara, and is a Production Superintendent for Ryan Homes.
