Rob and I have been working with Tropical Sands Vacation as our travel agency. Our travel agent is Barry deCocq. Below are the rates that I have received from Barry as of February 4, 2010. We have broken out airfare and hotel prices separately. To get our "all inclusive" price please add the two of them together for your respective departure city.

First price is for adults, the second price is for children under 12 that stay for free (taxes and fees).

Flight Pricing Information
Flights are very volatile right now and are fluctuating anywhere from $400 to $600 dollars. Please contact Barry for up to date pricing.

Deposits
*Deposits are required to book your trip at the prices given at the time of booking. Deposits are the price of the airfare plus $150 for holding your room at the resort.

Total Payment Due
Trip must be paid in full 50 days prior to departure.

Insurance
If you are interested in insurance it would be roughly $100/person. Insurance will allow you to cancel your trip and will also allow you to get a price adjustment should the price of the resort and stay go down between now and June.
