Travel Agent / Booking Information
Due to the number of guests requesting payment plans, we searched for Travel Agents that had knowledge of the resort as well. It was quite a feat to find one on each side of the border but we did it! We do understand that using a travel agent is a little more pricey then we had anticipated but there are some advantages:
*Payment plans was one that we were very big on
*Her knowledge and expertise on the Riu resort as they have both been
*Incentives if a certain amount of people book
*Less research on your behalf
*Any questions/concerns are dealt directly with her
*Travel Insurance
*OH did we mention the payment plans! Vacation on Layaway! LOL!
Also remember that the resort is ALL INCLUSIVE so whatever you want to spend out there is entirely up to you! Food, drink and entertainment ALL included!

Terms & Conditions for Group Bookings
If, at final payment, the group falls below 10 adults you will no longer receive the group rate and the file will be adjusted to the original rate at the time of booking through the reservations department. This is for everyone booked with payment on file.
A 24-hour contact number in case of emergencies to be provided upon booking
Final payment due 4th February 2010 unless an early booking bonus applies upon contract rates
STOP SELL – If the resort sells out and no more rooms are being released, the hotel will go on a ‘Stop Sell’. Payments must be paid in full and names must be added at that time to avoid cancellation.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking. Minimum of 10 deposits are required in order to make the initial booking.

-Are these set dates for packages? or can we change them around at all?
The dates are set and there is no way to change them. The people who are not coming out of Vancouver and Edmonton can be made to come a bit later. But the charter packages are stuck.
Are kids full price?
The kids will be getting a different price but they are based on age, this will have to be done for each child booking so we will not get a price for the till the day of booking. They always save a few hundred.
Are you able to book for those in the States?
Those we cant I wish we could. I will get rates for the US guests. They will just have to add the Canadian room rate to the Airfare cost to get their package rate.
Hotel rooms prices are per person? I have some gueststhat will be departing from different cities but will more them likely share a room.
This is no problem since we are doing their Airfare separately anyway we will just have to book them the hotel together.
Payment Plans? Insurance? We have some guests that are in the military and things always happen at the last min!
All everyone has to pay is $200 and then they will have until 60 days prior to the trip to pay the rest. I can do the insurance for any Canadians. Anyone who lives in the states can just go to any insurance broker and they can do it for them. This will cover any military cancellations.
What are the chances that these prices change within the year?
There is always a chance it could go down, but advanced booking is worth it cause you get to hold your date for the wedding and the rooms. Sunquest is great they will give refunds if there group booking rates go down. This was just a estimate since the dates is so far away.
