Kelly is currently a full-time student attending Southern Connecticut State University. When not at school or at work you will find her at the race track with Ron acting as his spotter on the Whelen Modified Tour. Kelly loves animals, especially her two cats Bob and Bear.

Ron and Kelly both knew of each other long before they met. Ron raced against Kelly's brother Doug at Stafford Motor Speedway. Doug and Ron even crashed once and Ron ended up flipping over! A few years later, having mutual friends, Ron and Kelly's paths crossed again and there were sparks. After a funny episode, Kelly was forced to chase Ron down and follow him everywhere for weeks to get him to notice her! Finally, she caught him and the rest is history...
