next on the list...
next on the list is..... the wedding invites! stay tune and keep a lookout in your mailbox! before that, this is the design for our wedding cakes (from sweetest moments) card distributed on our 过大礼 (guo da li), aka betrothal day. after close to forty-five minutes of clicking, ctrl-t, ctrl-+, trial & error on photoshop, we finally settled on this design! i really hope relatives and friends will like the cakes and pastries as well as this specially designed card that goes along with the gift box :)
it has been a hectic period preparing those traditional betrothal gifts...
ironically, it's quite an eye-opener to learn about the various procedures by different dialects group, purposes and meaning of the gifts, the significance of hair combing etc. it's just two weeks away from betrothal and i'm still fretting what needs to be done! haha...
