Tuscany Gardens opened its doors for it's first wedding reception in February of 2004. Tuscany Gardens is not the first center for owners Debbie and Dave Schlack. They opened The Secret Garden in Ogden in 2000, and due to it's success they made the decision to open a new facility in Roy.

A unique building that in it's day was a true working bam and had been renovated into a landmark restaurant know as the Hayloft seemed like a perfect fit for the lifestyle of reception center the Schlack's were planning. It had been several different restaurants through the years and was sitting vacant when the Schlack's purchased in2003. Debbie and Dave felt an old work /Tuscan atmosphere was ideal for this building. With a new stucco and rock exterior and all the wood, rock, and greenery on the interior, the building transformed into a Tuscan Villa.

Throughout the past three years Debbie and Dave have been continually improving the facility. Recent additions include new tile in the banquet area, a new huge second floor patio, new wood floors in the entry and brides room, a beautiful new candelite ceremony/dance area. These newest improvement have been a remarkable transformation of the existing ceremony area. Everyone is talking about, you have to see this awesome new addition!

Debbie and Dave have created the perfect ambiance, and if you are looking for a center who's staff will make you feel special and make sure your day is perfect, you need only to have one conversation with Debbie to know that will happen.
