Heather has known Andrea since they were at Central Michigan University together. They found themselves hanging out a lot more at Grand Valley State University where they bonded over explaining SWS-courses. While in grad school, they went to Mexico, Colorado, and North Carolina, they co-authored their thesis project (which they don't recommend anyone reading), and they ate a lot of Hungry Howie's. Andrea currently lives in Washington with her boyfriend, Jake, and her cat, Jasmine (aka Pig) and works at Central Washington University.
Hermen Diaz (the guy on the bus)
Best Man
Sam and Hermen are both brothers in their fraternity, Sigma Lambda Beta. They were also roommates while attending Grand Valley State University. During their free time in west Michigan, they created Team PLP (Parking Lot Performance) which consisted of them working on their cars and making many trips to Autozone, Speedway, and Burger King. Once when Hermen was laid off from his summer job, Sam accepted a subwoofer as an acceptable rent payment. Recently, Hermen has asked for that subwoofer back. Hermen lives with his fiancee, Erin, and their dog, Olive, in Indianapolis and he works at DePauw University. Hermen's claim to fame is having his picture on one of the buses that takes GVSU students back and forth from the Allendale and Grand Rapids campuses.

Novali is Sam's daughter. She is 8 years old and currently in the second grade. She loves Hannah Montana, High School Musical, and pretty much anything marketed to kids on the Disney channel. She plays soccer with her school in Chicago and can't wait to learn her times tables and cursive!
Natalie Finn (Nat)
Wedding Stylist
Natalie and Heather are sorority sisters and good buddies. Nat loves nice things but won't pay retail! She is great at helping Sam & Heather strategize on how to look their best on their wedding day.
Kari
Creative Director/Personal Assistant
Kari is one of Heather's friends from high school, and probably the most crafty/artistic/creative person she knows. As a graphic designer with natural talent, Kari's ideas may be daunting to some, but they are effortless to her!
