Wedding Course!

One of the requirements to get married in Malaysia (muslim) is for you to take a marriage course. I miss my opportunity to take this course when I was in university with the fee of RM50 but I decided to take outside course – the famous one, Zura Academic in Bangsar, KL. I came here with recommendation from Chris, Ikhsan and Ilhan. Three strike – Zura it is! Zura basically famous because of all the famous and glamorous artist went and it suppose to be easy to pass because there’s no...

'Best man' for the job

It really was a sweet engagement. Today when I look at Mazlina, I'm thinking I'm looking at my fiancee... For my side, I can't do it alone without my best friend, Ikhsan on my side. He is ex-UTP student for the first semester where basically I shared everthing with him. He's currently study medic in UK but that didn't stop me to invite him to my engagement. Basically, the ceremony was only for FAMILY only but I made an acception for him. He arrived in Sg. Buloh the night...

20.12.2008...

What was supposed to be a small, 20 relatives event had turned out to be a 100 relatives and friends, 4 canopies, a mini dais, and 6 trays of brownies (my sister made it ! hehe) event ! Wow..I had no idea the engagement would turn out to be like that. I had to 'buy' a new baju to suit the newly planned event. The one I had in my closet was no longer appropriate. Hmm... But, although it looked like I was getting married already (my sister wanted to call the Tok Kadi ok), my nieces...

Abah..

I am back in Jengka, leaving my fiance in KL ;)  Classes will start soon. It's a bit diificult when you have a wedding to plan, but ur working in another state. Jengka for instance, is extremely small. There's everything, yet nothing here.sigh. But it's okay, Jengka is only 2 hours from KL.. I guess...if there's a will, there's a way huh.. ;) The engagement went well..Alhamdullilah. I was going through all the well wishes from family and...

A memorible place to get married...

Oh my God! 160 days... Have you ever had a feeling where you can't sleep thinking that you only have 100 days to go before you big exam (eg. SPM)? I had one now. I don't know whether it can be categorized as deja-vu. As I can't sleep I just had a quick prayer to calm myself down and here I am just browsing through some wedding magazine to help me find ideas on the wedding ceremony on my side. I'm thinking of a sweet and simple wedding reception. Basically my ayang and I have decided the...

Preparation for engagement..eh..or wedding???

Wow. weddings are expensive! m looking at all the things we need and suddenly realize that weddings are super expensive. now i suddenly wish i am a daughther of  Sultan Johor or a grandchild of some royal family. Ahaks. Yes, that's why there is a word called 'dreams'. And normally, dreams are associated with clouds. clouds dissapear after rain. I guess dreams too. I envy the care bears. sigh.  Hey, but m happy. At least I have sisters to help organize things...
