Bok Ampitheatre at the Camden Public Library
Atlantic Avenune
Camden, ME 04843
Designed between 1929 and 1931 by Fletcher Steele, one of the country's most renowned landscape architects, the Bok Amphitheatre is considered to be one of the greatest achievements of landscape architecture in America. Today, it hosts outdoor concerts and festivals, as well as weddings.
Nestled at the innermost edge of Camden Harbor, itself well-protected from the open sea, the Bok Amphitheatre is a peaceful place surrounded by classical form and natural beauty.

Whitehall Inn
800-789-6565
52 High Street
Camden, ME 04843
A classic Maine inn, just steps away from the Bok Amphitheatre, the Whitehall is known for it's timeless charm, effortless elegance, and friendliness. The setting for both Edna St. Vincent Millay's discovery as a poet in 1912 and the 1957 film Peyton Place, it prides itself on its historic past and seeks to capture the grace of a bygone era. We think it succeeds beautifully.
With an outdoor patio, shuffleboard court, cozy dining room and a bar called the Gossip Bar, it will be a wonderful place to be together. And the wrap around porch with an abundance of rocking chairs will make for a lazy and relaxing weekend away!
