Chuck and Gayenelle Grant
This is Nick's parents. Chuck has recently retired from Roanoke City as a building inspector. Gayenelle works from home for a transportation company. They will be celebrating their 30th Wedding Anniversary a few days after the wedding! They have been a huge help with everything and have welcomed Shay with open arms.
Edward Phelps and Ruth Frank
This is Shaylynn's dad and her stepmother Ruthie! They were married on April 28th, 2007 and just bought a new home. They own a painting company together and Ruthie has recently retired from the insurance industry. We are so thankful that they have opened their home to us and have allowed us to temporarily stay with them. They are very happy for us and cannot wait to have Nick in the family.
Terri and Dan Flavin
This is Shaylynn's mom and her stepfather Dan. Her mom moved from VA back to CA in April 2007 and they were married on October 20th, 2007! Dan works for the city as a diesel mechanic. They are very happy for us and have enjoyed having Nick in their lives.
Nick's Family
Most of his family lives in Roanoke, VA including his Grandpa and Grandma Grant, his sister Aundi and her husband Wes, as well as Nick's brother Corey and his wife Bobbie and their daughter Reagan. We are so lucky to be able to go visit often!
Shaylynn's Family
Shay has family all over the place. Danyell just moved back to Virginia. Her mother and her side of the family lives in California, and they are very grateful when they get to visit them. Luckily while living in KY she is close to her sister Kim and brothers Eddie, Gary, and Roger and their families. We are fortunate that we have been able to move to KY and spend time with everyone!
