I don't have every address I need yet, but I went ahead and addressed all the Save the Date cards I could and will send them out tomorrow. Then I get to start working on the invitations. I need some input. We're putting together a shopping list for the bar bottles...
I've updated the online RSVP page to include meal options. This isn't the standard beef/chicken/fish use of the feature. I'm probing guests to determine if you have any special issues, such as a vegan only diet, or an inability to eat dairy. This will help us round out our menu and guarantee fare for all. Also feel free to use the "Message for the couple" box to give me additional information.
So in addition to the amazing accomplishments of the last few days, today I get confirmation that my first choice for officiant is available and almost as excited as I am! This is going to be so much fun with her joining us together. Also, we've got a tentative (complete) menu worked out with a good idea of the kind of equipment we might need to rent. Now to get a head count so we can determine how much food to buy!
In the week since we decided to do this (and by "we" I mean "I", until I said "So, still wanna get married"?)
