I'm getting married WHEN?!?
Dear lord where did the time go? I've been slowly plugging along on thank-you cards and misc. details until all of a sudden it's 2 weeks till the wedding and I'm having a panic attack! Done in the last couple of days: tux measurements/ordering, final dress fitting, checked on almost all non-RSVP senders, confirmed that everything I want to do with the venue is in fact OK, sent the officiant a list of the memorials, sent one of my readings to one of my readers, and decided that the rehearsal dinner is going to be a simple affair held at the venue rather than going to a restaurant.
What I didn't blog about earlier:
- The great dress debacle...ARGH. The bridesmaids dresses are beautiful and very well-made, but they absolutely sent me the wrong size and they won't send me a new one. Since we're doing this on a budget Kristen agreed to step down and let me find a warm body that would fit in the teensy tiny dress. I had the perfect person in mind, but her world came crashing down on her yesterday, and she won't be making it to the wedding. So...I plugged in Kelli, my lovely, tiny, student worker. The dress is being altered for her as we speak.
- My step-brother and his family are coming to the wedding! They're basically long-lost family I haven't talked to in forever. I'm super excited.

- Get last reading chosen and to the reader
- HAIR (oh sweet jesus help me)
- Buy the last of the presents
- Pick up groomsmens gifts from the engraver
- Pick up the rental equipment
- Pick up the tuxes
- Have a nervous breakdown
