A: I would enjoy a multiple course meal that would start with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and mozzarella, my wife’s homemade veal milanese with ricotta penne and sautéed spinach and the meal would finish with some chocolate bread pudding, crème anglaise and home made vanilla bean ice cream.
