IT'S FINALLY OVER!!!!!!!
As of tonight at 7:00 pm, I became a nursing school graduate! The very long, very stressful 20 months of nursing school are officially over for me! I'm not sure who is more excited...me or John; me because I have some freedom in my life again or John because he will no longer be engaged to an exhausted, usually crabby, fiance. Although it felt like it took forever, I somehow can't believe the end is already hear. I am so excited though to be starting my career, I know that I truly love what I will be doing.
My goal over the next few months (other then studying for boards and finding a job) are to actually enjoy being engaged and being in love with the man of my dreams! John truly has been amazing throughout this whole process...sometimes I think he was crazy to want to propose to me during this program, simply because at times I was just a nightmare to be around. But somehow he always understood what I was going though and just turned the other cheek to my often annoying attitude. If he could tolerate me throughout this, he'll have no problem putting up with the stress that remains for the wedding. So this post is all for you Babe! To thank you for being so patient, kind, and loving to me and being my support through one of the hardest things I have done in my life up to this day. I LOVE YOU!
