• attending vendor meetings with you or on your behalf
• coordinating deposits and payment schedules
• following through on all the details with vendors and venues
• attending and coordinating your rehearsal (along with the celebrant)
• ensuring that everyone knows where they are to be and when, and
• coordinating the ceremony and reception according to the plan.
