
St. Louis is a great city with plenty of activities to keep you busy. For those of you who are coming from out of town, we thought we would give you a few suggestions to help send you in the right direction in order to maximize your fun! Everything listed below is within 10 minutes of the St. Louis Marriott Union Station and many of the attractions listed are free.

The St. Louis Arch is a must see! The nation's tallest monument has plenty to offer and if you are staying at the Union Station Mariott, you are within walking distance.
Visit a local brewery that offers a great beer selection, yummy food and offers brewery tours Friday-Sundays 12pm-5pm, every hour on the hour.
If you are not interested in touring the brewery and just interested in tasting the beers, The Taproom is closer to the Marriott and has the same beer selection.
Although March might not be the ideal time to visit this garden gem, every season has plenty to offer. If you are looking for a peaceful setting for a lovely afternoon stroll, Missouri Botanical Gardens is your place! General Admission tickets are $8, children under the age of 12 are free.

No visit to St. Louis is complete without a trip to the world-famous Saint Louis Zoo. The zoo houses more than 800 species on 90 beautifully landscaped acres in historic Forest Park. This is one of the few free zoos remaining! Open daily 9-5.
The Anheuser-Busch family legacy may be over, however AB is and always will be a St. Louis tradition. Take a brewery tour, learn the history, meet the Clydesdales & of course, drink some beer! No charge.

Located on the other side of highway 40 from Forest Park, you will find the St. Louis Science Center. Between the OMNIMAX theatre, & planetarium, everyone can find something to entertain themselves. Again, free! Open daily Monday-Saturday 9:30-4:30 and Sundays 11-4:30.
