The wedding reception will be held at the Marriott hotel in Union Station.
Union Station in St. Louis was once the largest and most frequently used railroad station in the world. Union Station operated as a rail terminal from 1894-1978.
In 1903 the terminal was expanded in anticipation of visitors coming to the World's Fair in 1904. The last renovation was completed in 1985, transitioning from rail station to luxury hotel, with shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. This renovation remains as one of the largest re-use projects in the United States.
The original grand architecture and artistic elements were fortunately left for all to appreciate. The 114 year old building is recognized as a National Historic Landmark.
