Jumbo Stuffed Mushrooms with a herb parmesan-Romano crumb topping.
BBQ Chicken Puff
Char grilled BBQ Chicken baked atop a puff pastry.

Enjoy one or both of the Salads that we have selected for you.

Fresh Garden Vegetables, tossed and served with your choice of dressing.
Fresh Apple and Candied Walnut Salad.
Baby Field Greens with fresh apple slices, dried cranberries, dried golden raisins, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese crumbles and Raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

An All Inclusive Event Chef will Custom Prepare an Original Meal for each of you.
