Coming in from out of town?
Here are a few of our favorite things to do (and eat) in LA.
1517 Lincoln Blvd
Santa Monica, CA 90401
The best sandwiches and Italian goods in town. The bread alone has been known to bring grown men to tears. It's that good.
Most people recommend The Godmother. Adam recommends the meatloaf.
3100 Washington Blvd.
Venice, California 90291
Don't let it's lame website fool you. This is not a boring burger joint. This is a kitchy cafe that is one part flea market and two parts LA brunch spot. But yeah, it has burgers too.
Adam recommends the Bombay Burger.
Taylor recommends the Grand Marnier and Mascarpone Croissant French Toast. Yeah, you read that right.
11629 Santa Monica Blvd. #9
Los Angeles, CA 90025
One of our favorite "fancy" restaurants. We don't get that fancy, for the record.
Quality food. Farmers Market fresh. Incredible flavors.
Always a great choice.
10850 West Pico Blvd.
Los Angeles, California 90064
This movie theatre usually has an eclectic mix of
films, from domestic blockbusters to foreign films to
Plus, some of the spaces have couches!
200 Santa Monica Pier
Santa Monica, California 90401
What can I say? It's an iconic, often beautiful, always interesting piece of LA land. It's also close to a slurry of restaurants and shops, and makes for good long walks and photo opps.
2000 N. Fuller
Los Angeles, CA 90046
A beautiful (and kick-butt) hike in the Hollywood Hills. Burn off that wedding cake and you'll be rewarded with a bird's eye view of the city.
