A warm Artichoke, Spinach, Mozzarella, Provolone and Swiss cheese dip served on toasted crostini and fresh tortilla chips.

Italian style bread toasted & served w/cool, fresh Roma tomatoes, olive oil, basil & fresh garlic

Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms stuffed w/spinach & baked w/an herb Parmesan-Romano Crust

Classic Caesar Salad.
Crisp Romaine Lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, garlic croutons and a Creamy Caesar Dressing.

Fresh Apple, Gorgonzola, and Candied Walnut Salad.
Baby Field Greens with fresh apple slices, dried cranberries, dried golden raisins, candied walnuts, gorgonzola cheese crumbles and Raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Main Course

Hand Carved Santa Maria Grilled Tri-tip
Seasoned to perfection and sliced to order at the buffet table. Served with BBQ Sauce, Creamed Horseradish and Mustard on the side.

Grilled Chicken Breast sauteed with Fresh Lemon and White Wine with Capers, Fresh Mushrooms and Chopped Tomatoes.
