Once we made it official between us, we needed to include the best and most awesomeness people ever as our bridal party. We went wild, asking all our closest peeps to serve as our bridal party.

Jody Roy
Woman of Honour
Jodi Roy is officially my Woman of Honour. She and I became friends while dating the same boys and fighting over mutual best friends in lovely ol' Grade Six. Our affection for one another has outlasted crushes, boyfriends and Much Music Dances. She is determined, has an incredible spirit, and loves to have a good time - you just gotta give her a lotta lotta Pornstars before hand. She has a beautiful daughter, my godchild, named Hannah. She's one who always gots my back.
Diana Laliberte
Woman of Honour
Diana Laliberte is my other Woman of Honour. She came into my life in Grade 12, when she would sit at the front of class and ignore me as I tried to make friends with her. Finally, I wrote my number down the length of her arm in black permanent marker and told her to call me that weekend. I think we then partied all weekend, and again, come Monday morning, the chick was back in the front of class, instead of sitting with me and my girls. Like, what the hell? But loved her then, love her now, love her forever.
Omeasoo Butt

Omeasoo and I met when she started to date one of my brothers (what is up with that?) and we continued our friendship afterwards. She's such an amazing soul. She doing her PhD at the UofS, that's how damn amazing she is. She's strong, straight forward and is super nice. I didn't like her when I first met her because she brought my parents cookies and that was just too nice (lmao, I quickly fell in love with her tho!). We have survived cross country moves, graduate schools, her boyfriends, and I'm so glad she agreed to be a bridesmaid!
Caitlin Ward

Caitlin and I met in first year at St. Peter's College, and we share a love for poetry, fiction and Earl Grey Tea. I can always turn to her for a sympathetic ear, for a great story, for inspiration and for everyday fun. She has finished her MA in English at the UofS, and is taking a year to work, including 4 months in London, England. Sooo happy for her. London is not going to be the same once Caitlin gets there. She comes from a small but loving family, all whom have supported and encouraged her (and me) to be the best we could be. I love the whole Ward/Fitzgerald clan.
Lesia Betskal

I met Lesia in my first year at St. Peter's College. She sat in my room for absolute minutes, staring at me and waiting for me to talk to her. It wasn't long after that I was crawling into her bed in the mornings, chatting and stealing the blanket that she still won't share - to this day. She has this absolutely wonderful husband Adam and this gorgeous blue eyed boy named Cole. I just love that boy. My latest adventure with her has lead to me kidnapping her, a drunken sleepover and meeting thousands of gorgeous Indians (hello Paturday!).
Vanessa Aubichon

Vanessa came into my life a couple years ago. It took me a while to warm up to her, but once I did, oh my. Before long it was talks all day, phone at night to catch up and lotsa lotsa drunken nights out dancing. Always a great time. She finished up her RN degree and is working in Regina and recently came to visit me in Vancouver. I love this girl.
Tara Campbell

My cuuuzzziiinnn! How can you get married without family there to represent? Tara has this adorable baby boy named Joaquem. A little rockstar, just like his mama. Tara and I have been trying to get into trouble together since I was a babii. There have been sleepovers, walks through Meadow, and as we got older and more adventurous, nights at the bar and driving around looking for chicken. She knows the best places to hang and the people to meet. She is on her way to becoming a fabulous hairdresser.
Joylynn Chicoose

Joylynn Chicoose is my bridesmaid. And my god-sister. And my cousin. And the sweet Boyer Girl, where I was NOT the sweet Boyer Girl. Anyways, she is three months younger than me exactly, yet she has already managed to have a babii girl (Harmony), get married to Kyle (awww), and have another babii (Hansel) all while she and her husband finish their degrees at school. You don't get in the way of this one - she'll run you down. Our trouble was actually quite tame - I think the highlight was her dating two guys in one week while at Summer Games (you slut) - but every Xmas and Pilgrimage, we would be there, chatting and gossiping and laughing like no time has passed. Love her.
Trudy John

And FINALLY, Trudy John is my bridesmaid. She is my roomie, my cousin, my sister from another mister, my one and only. She and I have lived together in my last year at Saskatoon and have survived many of her breakups, many nights of us screaming into phones (mostly on Greg's messages), and many Paturdays. She can party all nite, have breakfast with me, then sleep all day. She works up North in Key Lake mines as a receptionist but is planning on going back to school.
Trevor Black
Best Man
Trevor and Allen met way back when – back when they were tiny, cute and innocent – and have always been close. It’s hard to say who lead who into trouble, as they both get really stupid ideas when they get together, but they always back each other up. Trevor has a fiance, Jenny, and they have a beautiful baby girl named Treyah. Trevor currently works up in Key Lake Mines as a welder.
TK Campbell
Best Man
TK Campbell is also a Best Man. TK met Allen back on the rez and they used to hang out and walk around Patuanak together. That all ended when I started to date Allen and TK proclaimed that I stole his best friend. Sure. Now they play golf, go out drinking and eating wings and TK tries to lead Allen astray –and Allen often lets him talk him into staying out super late, spending more money, buying more drinks. Allen adores and often tries to steal away TK’s baby boy Colton.
Trent Campbell
Groomsman
Trent is my second brother who has traveled far and wide for his career. He is a clothes horse like Allen, so they often criticize each others choices, and they both love gadgets such as sunglasses, new cell phones and better and more expensive golf clubs. Trent has lived all over Saskatchewan, Sault Ste. Marie, France and South Carolina for hockey, and who knows where he’ll be next. As he says – “I’ll check my schedule to see if I can make it to your wedding”.
Tal Campbell

Tal and Allen have lived together the the past year while in Saskatoon and that has formed new bonds. Tal and Allen get the electronics and the video games. A new gaming system and I won’t see either of them for days. Tal has just moved out into his own place, has a new construction job and hopes to keep playing in his band. As he says, we should really go see his band play at least once.
Leroy Laliberte

Leroy and Allen started hanging out when Diana and Leroy started to date. Leroy has always been a good friend, there when you need him, always willing to go for a round of golf, for a late night supper, for a movie. Now he is married to Diana, and they have three beautiful kids – Parker, Teorie and Shayne. He works in politics, and travels quite often for his job. The family lives in Saskatoon.
Alex Campbell

Alex & Allen grew up together. Alex dates my cousin Jessica, and they have a beautiful baby girl Elexa, who is Allen's goddaughter (and a bridal baby!). Alex lies and works on our home reserve. He likes music, Facebook, hanging with the guys and playing with his baby girl. He's either the first one passed out or the last one going at a party. He's hilarious! He's not shy at all, and is always able to get a conversation going. He's going to be such a great groomsman.
Tommy George

Tommy and Allen started hanging out a couple years ago and have gone on a trip to the Mountains, a many golfing days, and have similar passions for cars, hunting and golf. Tommy works right now, having dabbled in school, and I try to keep Allen away from House of Tools, as Tommy will be sure to sucker him into buying something. Tommy is by the far the baby of the groomsmen group, but probably one of the wisest. I'm hoping he'll keep a good head on Allen`s shoulder the night of the stag.

Colin is Allen’s brother. Colin lives in Patuanak, and has three adorable girls - Deneya, Dakota and Quintinna. Colin likes to play in the city, gold, trap, hunt, go boating and hang out with his family. He loves his family and somehow always manages to get out of trouble.
