Meet & Greet

This is a Meet & Greet for friends and family to meet and mingle before the big day and to officially welcome out of town guests to Portland. This event takes the place of the bachelor & bachelorette parties for Adam and Tiffani. Family and friends are invited to join us for this casual BBQ/potluck.
Please wear a hat or headwear of some kind! Silly, practical, or otherwise. Be creative and have fun with this "theme."
There will be games and a practice sing-along to teach you some songs for the reception. If you have a musical instrument, bring it along!

We will setting up as much as possible (hanging lights, setting up tables, etc.) before the rehearsal at 3:30pm.
This is the full party rehearsal at the site. All bridal party members, officiants, and other people involved in the ceremony are expected to attend to run through the ceremony. Rehearsal dinner to follow.

Wedding Ceremony

The ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area beside a lake. Attire is dressy casual (think garden party: no ball gowns, but no jeans... and stiletto heels just aren't a good idea).
Please prepare to spend the afternoon and evening outdoors. While we will provide some cover, sunscreen, paper fans, and other items, please prepare for allergies, insects, rain, shine, heat and cold. Oregon in June can have very unpredictable weather.
The reception will immediately follow the ceremony in the same location.

Food & frivolity!
The reception will take place in the open-air, covered Pavilion at Bridal Veil Lakes. Appetizers and drinks will be provided immediately after the ceremony. There will be some outdoor activities, including croquet and a photobooth, while the bridal party takes formal photographs. Dinner will be served at 5:15pm, with dancing and a sing-a-long to follow. If you have a musical instrument, bring it along!
Please be sure to bring a jacket and anything else you may need to spend the afternoon and evening outdoors.
