This is a preliminary schedule and will be subject to change, since we are still finalizing many of the details. What follows is the current scheduling for the wedding week, including all details pertaining to incoming guests, so far as we know. For the most part, we expect our guests to be in town from Wednesday the 12th to Sunday the 16th. For those staying additional days or continuing throughout other parts of Europe, please contact us if you would like suggestions on how to organize your trip.

Wednesday, October 12th
3PM - Pickup and caravan from Turku airport back to Rauma for incoming guests

Thursday, October 13th
PM - Angela's bachelorette party (ladies, you know who you are)

Friday, October 14th
AM - City hall procedures (immediate family)
PM - Rehearsal dinner at Chinese restaurant (immediate family & wedding party)

Saturday, October 15th
3PM - Wedding at Church of the Holy Cross
4.30PM - Reception arrivals at Helmiranta
5.30PM - Dinner
PM - Dessert and cake cutting
PM - Dancing
1AM - Afterparty at local clubs (whomever still has energy ;-D)

Sunday, October 16th
AM - Family sauna at Helmiranta
