Due to the international guest list, we felt that it would be more practical and convenient if we mentioned here that gifts of cash are at the top of our wish list. We are looking to purchase our first home in the coming year and any contribution towards that fund would be exceedingly helpful. It will also spare somebody the inevitable pain of dragging a very lovely toaster to Finland only to discover that not only do we already have one, but that it uses the wrong sort of electrical socket :-)
