Hiking

Because of Saint Lucia's diverse topography, there are hikes for every skill level and ability. If you just want to take a lovely stroll, head out to the Tet Paul Nature Trail. There, you can receive easy, guided hikes from locals that are knowledgeable about the island's rich history and culture. Need something a bit more strenuous?  Try the hike up to Enbas Saut Falls.  Located near Mount Gimie, this route takes you straight through Saint Lucia's central rainforest.

Golfing

If you enjoy golfing, look no further than the paradise of Saint Lucia Golf and Country Club in Cap Estate.  With a par-71 course and such a beautiful setting, you will love your surroundings. Afterwards, relax in luxury at the country club.
