Each week we focus on one spectacular gallery from our Ideas section. We hope that these galleries inspire you in creating your own unique wedding vision. This week's selection comes from a real wedding by D Coleman Photography.

bar-copy

Making your "casual" beach wedding look effortless takes a whole lot more effort than you thought, huh?  These photos are from a real wedding in Malibu and lend some terrific inspiration for those of you that want a fun, laidback, shoreside event.  For example, every true beach bash should have an umbrella drink-friendly bar.  Treat your guests to mojitos or margaritas with your own signature spin.

groom in fun socks and bow tie

When it comes to beach wedding attire, your fella might need a little help. After all, you don't want him showing up in board shorts and flip flops (unless that's totally your thing).  Keep the suit classic and the mood light by pairing "neutrals" like navy or gray with fun accessories, such as the madras bow tie and striped socks seen here.

bright Mason jars and lanterns

Match your details' mood to your color palette. This couple has gone with an assortment of bright shades that includes festive colors like aqua and coral. Play up the fun of this palette by infusing your wedding with cheery paper lanterns hanging from tree branches above, or by using colored Mason jars instead of clear.

chocolate sweet table

We all have a different sweet tooth. Mine hinges on sweet and salty combos, like chocolate-covered pretzels, but you may find no greater joy than a dark cocoa cake pop.  At this wedding, everyone could march to the beat of their own cravings with this fantastic sweet table filled with cupcakes, cookies, and dipped fruit.  Brilliant!

honey favor with chevron tag

No matter what your event, send your guests home with a little token.  Here, burlap-wrapped honey was the perfect way to bid adieu to this relaxed day!
