Wedding Showers ~ September of 2008
Trista was overwhelmed by the generosity of shower hostesses and guests. Trista and Mark's engagement was such a special time, only enhanced by the love shown by everyone who shared with them during the months leading up to the wedding. Neither the bride nor groom will ever forget how much fun they had or the warmth of their friends and family members.
The Peach Shower
The first Wedding Shower was given by Trista's step-mother, Jody and good friend, Cathleen Haglund. Trista's cousin Breanna and Jody's sisters, Stacey and Leanne also logged many hours, making this such a special event. It was held at Al Erickson's home (Mark's father) in Westland, Michigan on Saturday, September 06th, 2008, at 10:30 a.m., for brunch. The hostesses paid great attention to the details, and the shower - with a PEACH theme (Georgia!) - was a big hit, and enjoyed by all who attended, especially Trista!

The Naughty Nice Shower, also in September of 2008, was so much fun! Gloria Zuber, the hostess and Trista's good friend from work, put all sorts of effort into making the themes of 'naughty' and 'nice' so cute! The shower was attended, mostly, by Trista's friends from work, who really got carried away with the NAUGHTY side of the shower. Everyone had a great time, and Trista received all sorts of special treats for Mark.
