Vance and I met at the Rock N Rodeo country bar in Eugene, Or. He was the lead bouncer and I was a regular, and my bestfriend introduced us. He decided to convince me to work for him as a cashier at the door a few nights a week, and after awhile I caved in and started my third job! We worked together for a few weeks, and then we started spending more time together, and one night I went to his house for an after hours party with the people from work and I guess I just never went home. We both ended up leaving the job so we could be together and with in a month Robyn and I moved in. We lived together for about 4 months when Vance got a job offer from a past manager who wanted him to move to FLORIDA! Well, I told him I'd miss him. There was no way I was going to pack my daughter up and move across the country for a man I'd only known a short time. But after he spent 3 days visiting Florida I realized I couldn't let him get away. So, we decided to go. And 5 years later, here we are. Planning a wedding. The move was the best decision I have ever made, and I'm so happy to have had the support from my family and friends when making it.
