1515’s fine dining and exceptional service takes place in our dining room, with exposed brick and soft lighting. The room is a sophisticated and serene setting overlooking lower downtown’s historic Market Street. Our Executive Chef, Jonas Halstead, brings diverse culinary skills and fine-dining experience to the 1515 menu, which is accompanied by an award-winning 500+ bottle wine list.
It would be our pleasure to walk you through our dining and banquet rooms. We are happy to customize menus to fit your specific needs. Our two banquet rooms can comfortably entertain 60 to 90 guests for a sit-down dinner or up to 200 guests for cocktails and hors d’ oeuvres. For a restaurant buy-out, we can seat up to 150 guests.
