Four floors of unique and elegant event space located in the iron-fronted Fava Building in historic Jonestown's 1840s Plaza, are available for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. Visitors are welcomed to 1840s Plaza by landscaped courtyard gardens, ideal for cocktail receptions or outdoor wedding ceremonies.

The first floor of the Fava Building, 1840s Cabaret, features fun and exciting Latin-inspired décor. The event space was originally designed for a tango club and restaurant and now offers a perfect reception venue for dining and dancing.

The second floor 1840s City Lites boasts a fun lounge-like atmosphere complete with overstuffed couches and the historic White Tower Diner, a centerpiece attraction when the building housed the Baltimore City Life Museums.

The third floor of the Fava Building, 1840s Carroll Salon, with spacious layout featuring hardwood floors and a large built-in bar, provides an ideal location for indoor wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours in conjunction with wedding receptions taking place on the second or fourth floor.

The fourth floor 1840s Ballroom features incredible 8-foot tall windows offer sweeping panoramic views of the Baltimore Inner Harbor and surrounding area, providing a stunning backdrop for any celebration or special event. With elegant chandeliers, custom velvet draperies, a mahogany and stained glass English Pub bar and hand-painted murals of historic Baltimore, the 1840s Ballroom is a registered authentic Baltimore venue.

Just across the Plaza courtyards sits 1840s Carrollton Inn, a 13-room boutique bed and breakfast ideal for out-of-town guests and wedding night accommodations. Luxury rooms and suites feature fireplaces and whirlpool tubs and overnight stays include a full breakfast.
