The modern architecture and large lighted parking lot will welcome guests upon arrival. Conveniently located in Auburn’s Les Gove Park, the outstanding lighting, acoustics, technology and free wireless internet will assist in making your event a success. Capacity: Full facility - accommodates up to 264; Individual Rooms: Accommodates 20-100
Catering: Caterers kitchen. Outside catering allowed. No on-site catering.
Price Range: Reasonable rates vary according to event size and rental needs
Deposits: A deposit is required. Cancellation fees may apply.
Parking: Ample complimentary parking adjacent to the facility
Tables & Chairs: Round tables and chairs available for up to 264; rectangular tables for banquet serving
Servers: Caterer or renter provides
Bar Facilities: Alcohol allowed; damage deposit, cleaning fee, liability insurance and banquet permit required
Dance Floor: Built–in wooden dance floor; small stage available for additional fee
Decorations: We are happy to review decoration plan
Cleanup: Renter responsible for cleanup; optional cleaning service available for a fee
AV & Equipment: Podium, microphone, projector and projection screen, DVD, audio input
