With our expanded off-site services we bring that same standard for food and service too you our valued clientele! Whether your desire is an upscale dinner party in your home, catering for large groups, off-site or on-site events in our Award winning restaurant you can trust August E’s with your event and lasting impressions by your guests.

When catering in your home August E’s prepares food to order with impeccable service standards and the clean up is complete including the dishes! Use our dishes and flatware or use your own, ask for full service or no service...you tell us what the desired outcome is and we will execute with your impressions in mind. Cocktail Party or Dinner Party you tell us and we do the rest.

When catering for large groups our policy and preference is too cook as much is feasible on-site to accommodate the freshest most flavorful food experience. Menus are custom generated based on food preferences and event budgets.

August E’s contemporary fine dining restaurant is conveniently located in town to accommodate groups of up too 30 persons in our Private Wine Room or Groups of up to 110 for dinner in our Main Dining Room. You may rent the restaurant in its entirety or simply block out a portion of space and time based on your particular group needs.

We are proud to work with some of the industries finest Wedding, Event Planners, Cake Art and Floral Creations and are happy to provide referrals accordingly.

The restaurant a favorite for locals and visitors alike is known for their innovate and diverse cuisines. From their traditional Continental Menus featured at lunch and dinner, August E’s serves artfully crafted Sushi . “Thai Tuesday” is a weekly celebration as guests are treated to the native cuisine of their Executive chef Leu Savanh.

Leu and his wife Dawn have brought a distinctive contemporary dining venue to Fredericksburg. August E's defines Nouveau Texas Cuisine as the uncommon pairing of traditional Texas fare with the innovative creativity of Executive Chef Leu Savanh resulting in extraordinary gourmet cuisine. Chef Leu's ingenuity is inspired by his Thai roots and years of experience in various culinary pursuits throughout the world.

August E's is located in the heart of the abundant organic produce and wine region of the Texas Hill Country. Fortunate to have access to superb local suppliers, August E's utilizes  , Niman Ranch Natural Premium Aged Angus steaks and Broken Arrow Ranch in Ingram for,venison, axis, wild boar, elk and antelope . Chef Leu maintains his own quarter –acre garden for herbs, organic tomatoes and peppers while numerous local farmers provide fruits and vegetables year round. Every day guests not only enjoy our signature prime and Upper Choice Angus steaks which have been aged for 30 days, hand finished to perfection and grilled to specification, but also hours-picked organic produce prepared at the peak of flavor. August E's also proudly serves Akaushi beef provided by Heartbrand Beef in Yoakum Texas, duck from Maple Leaf Farms, and Foie gras from Hudson Valley FoieGras. Menu specials change seasonally based on the creative mood of Chef Leu and the seasonality and freshness of ingredients, including never frozen Sashimi Grade Fish shipped overnight from various locations throughout the world.
