Our couples are at varying stages in their life and have a variety of styles. We have student brides, professional couples, some live out of state, mothers of the brides helping their daughters and second marriages. We have couples that want a vintage feel, others that love more traditional styles and those that want a modern flair. We are able to step in for day of service or full wedding coordination. We know each couple has different planning needs, but often don't know where to start in hiring a planner. We offer packages to give you a starting point, but we are very flexible moving services around to find the perfect fit for your wedding needs. We do offer our own version of a "Day Of" wedding planner. The difference is we are available to you by phone, e-mail and with our preferred vendor list from the time you hire us which can be a year or 6 months before your wedding day. So if you want to do all the planning, but need guidance and recommendations along the way, our Wedding Advisor might be what you are looking for.
If you want help with finding the right venue, photographer, florist or other key vendors we can be more involved in the planning. If your schedules do not allow enough time to plan your own wedding or you live outside of Austin and need more hands on wedding coordination, we have you covered for that as well. One of our best perks for our couples is our preferred vendor list that you have access to. We never accept vendor kick backs and make sure your best interests are ours as well. Our preferred vendors have earned their way on our list based on our personal experience with them working on weddings together. They must meet our high criteria before we pass their information onto our couples to consider.

Destination weddings vary in cost but start at $3,500. The price will include (on average) the following: The Wedding Advisor, daily per diem, roundtrip air, and hotel accommodations (up to four days prior to the wedding for proper arrangements and one day after the wedding). This package will be customized based on your needs.
