Bella Event Services provides rentals of chair covers, tablecloth linens, napkins, charger plates and in orange county for wedding receptions and other events. We are a small but very professinal home-based business located in Costa Mesa, CA and have been in operation since 2008.

Chair Covers Rental:

Chair covers are an essential part in the look and feel of a wedding reception. Our chair covers are used to cover banquet style chairs during formal weddings and other events. This enhances the appearance of the chairs and improves the ambiance of the reception hall and harmonizes the decor.

Our chair covers are truly unique and the difference can be easily perceived. While there is a variety of different styles of banquet chairs and each has slightly different dimensions, our one size fits all chair covers are made out of a polyester/spandex base fabric with a stretch factor that can fit and mold to each chairs’ shape giving it a perfect fit and slick look.
Chair covers are available in white, black, ivory and satin gold.

In addition, our satin sashes give it a very elegant, richer color to the decor. Our wide range of colors and shades can match your color scheme and wedding theme.

Wedding Tablelcoths and Linens:

We utilize a variety of fine textiles in many colors, prints, and textures that will give your reception a lot of color and elegance. We specialize in full lenght tablecloths in Pintuck fabric that gives that right amount of sheen and elegant textured look in a wide range of popular colors.

If you already have a basic tablelclot but wish to add color to your tables you can add overlays and/or satin napkins to go with your color scheme and or theme.

About Charger Plates:

Charger plates are a terrific way to easily and inexpensively add color, formality, elegance and class to your dinner table. They are ideal for special occasions such as weddings, formal dinners, corporate dinners, anniversaries, quinceaneras, holiday dinners, etc. These plates are a decorative element for a formal and elegant table place setting. They may also be called under plates or chop plates and since they are not food safe the food is not served on chargers.

Charger plate’s etiquette and use varies. First, the chargers should be already on the dinner table before guests arrive and then are left on the table as a large coaster for the soup and salad courses and then removed for the main entree. Others keep them until the end of the meal and then are removed before desert. It is all a matter of preference

We provide 13” round acrylic charger plates in four colors: Gold, Silver, Red, and Black.

Also, our products are always washed/cleaned and promptly prepared and ready for use on the next event. We pledge that our products are always clean and in a presentable appearance and condition.
