Bella e Dolce has been making wedding cakes and pastries since 1997. We can create anything simple, classic, buttercream cakes to the most extravagant sculpted fondant covered cakes with handmade sugar details. At Bella e Dolce, we pride ourselves on our quality ingredients: European chocolates and fruit purees, Madagascar vanilla, as well as locally milled flour, honey from our own beehive, and eggs from our chickens. All of our cakes are torted, so each slice has 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling. Contact us about attending one of our tasting days, available in the winter/spring months.
