All rental fees are based on a 4 hour event.
We have a 100 person minimum for all wedding receptions.
Our rental fee for a Saturday reception is $1250. We are currently running a special that our room rental fee will be waived for all Friday or Sunday receptions.
This minimum is based on our beginning event package at $45 per person plus tax
and service charge.
Included within our packages we provide an on-site coordinator, one hour of butlered hors d'oeuvres, your dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, servers, bartenders, tables, chairs, Black or Ivory Linens, along with all china, flatware and stemware. However, if you like you may bring in your own "specialty" linens.
We have a 1000 sq. foot dance floor and an incredible stage. We invite you to use our stage. However, there will be a $100 stage fee to do so. All DJ's and bands must be self-contained.
Valet Parking is service that you may wish to provide for your guests.
Big Chill offers valet for a nominal fee. Please contact for details.
We do offer Draping/Lighting as well as Piping/Draping Packages. Contact us for pricing.
