Wedding planning can be an overwhelming experience in the anticipation of "The Big Day". We at the Big Chill like to take some of that weight off of your shoulders so that when it is time for your reception, it’s time for you to just “Chill”. Our Wedding Specialists and professional staff will make sure that you are a guest at your own wedding!
Our facility is over 13,000 square feet with a 1,000 square foot dance floor to keep your guests dancing all night long. We can accommodate up to 800 people for a stand-up event and up to 300 for a sit-down event.
Saturday Room Rental Fee: $2,500
Friday & Sunday Room Rental Fee: $750
All room rental fees are based on a 4-hour reception time frame.
Additional time may be added for $325 per additional hour.
All food and beverage is provided on-site by our talented chefs. Our all-inclusive dinner packages are based on a guest minimum of 100 people and also include the following:
On-site Event Coordinator
1 hour of Butlered Hors D’oeuvres
Center-post, padded tables set to your specific guest count
Ivory or Black linens *We allow clients to bring in specialty linens if desired
All china, flatware, stemware and all serveware needed for specific dinner package selected
Non-alcoholic beverages: Unsweetened tea, sweet tea, coffee and water
*All food and beverage is subject to a 8.25% NC Sales Tax and 20% Service Charge
Valet Parking is an optional service provided by the Big Chill per request for a nominal fee.
Our incredible built-in stage is the perfect place for your entertainment.
