Chef Nadell has been catering to Aspen's most elite clients since 1986. Chef Nadell is the recipient of the highly prestigious Distinguished Chef Award in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Miami.
Chef Nadell has spent years as a private chef for many high profile celebrities, politicians, royalties and dignitaries. You may also have seen chef Nadell as a regular chef appearing on Plum TV's Morning Noon and Night Show and The Food Network’s Dinner Impossible Show.
Chef Nadell along with his army of sous chefs will personally make sure every detail of your event is meticulously arranged. Bravo uses only the freshest ingredients with fresh seafood’s delivered six days a week, organic meats imported from New Zealand daily and its own private organic farms in Carbondale and Paonia Colorado.
Chef Nadell is the founder and owner of the United States Chef Association and is currently writing a book on a longevity life plan based on diet and exercise appropriately named “The Aspen Diet”.
Bravo Fine Catering owns its Tuscan commercial kitchen where cooking
and wine classes are often held. Bravo invites you to stop by and see
first hand their state of the art Tuscan facility designed and built by
professional stage set designer Colin Tugwell.
