After graduating from the New England Culinary Institute, Lisa continued her training at the International School of Confectionary Arts with Ewald Notter, The French Pastry School with Jacquy Pfeiffer as well as at the Ritz-Escoffier and le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. She has worked as a Pastry Chef at such notable places as the Arizona Biltmore, the Wrigley Mansion Club, Sun Valley Resort and the Duquesne Club. Lisa's cakes have been published in several magazines including You and Your Wedding, England, The Knot, Carolina Bride, SouthPark magazine and Charlotte magazine.
