Cynthia Peithman has been providing distinctive wedding cakes and pastry creations to the NY and Tri-State area since 1983. She was a noted Pastry Chef for Glorious Food, the prestigious catering firm, when she created Caroline Kennedy's wedding cake, as well as Christening cakes for Caroline's three children.
Most recently, while serving as senior cake decorator, Cynthia's creations were enjoyed by the many who attended affairs at the Manhattan landmark restaurant, The Water Club. She also has shared her culinary knowledge with others as an adjunct professor at New York City Technical College.
Cynthia's pastry designs can be recreated from her portfolio or may be custom designed to enhance whatever fanciful occasion arises.
