cuisine, ambiance and service. Taking its inspiration from the sun-drenched
cuisine of Southern France, Campagne uses only the freshest ingredients:
the exquisite produce, seafood and game of the Pacific Northwest. In 2000
owner Peter Lewis joined forces with Simon Snellgrove to perpetuate Campagne's
commitment to excellence.
