Catering by Design Has been open since 1993, Catering event from 50 guests up to 500 guests, we specialize in international cousine, with attention to specific needs such as Vegan dishes, Vegetarian, and special diets, (gluten free).
Our chefs have been trained to work around our clients budgets, all the menus are designed to fit most budgets and include all the traditional requrements for a succesfull wedding reception.
With our 30 year plus experinace Catering by Design can help the brides plan all aspects of the wedding reception, we will orchestrate all of the rental equipment, including special lighting, dance floors and tents.
One of our staff members will meet with the bride and groom to to review menu plans, walk the venue and help with table and chair configurations, we will bring samples of table linens, china and glasware.
We have a full staff of servers, bartenders, and Kitchen and buffet attendants
Our staff wear traditional black and white uniforms.
