8.25% tax on food and any rental items
A 20% Admin fee is assessed on pre-tax menu and services which includes menu research and creation, 1hour of menu consultation, preparation, design and planning of the event, and an on-site meeting no later than 30 days prior to event.
We do offer passed appetizers, plated and served service, creative stations, as well as bartending service.
