Celebration Generation prides itself on covering both of the most important facets of cake - we offer more than just ridiculously delicious, moist works of gastronomic art, we also offer *the* most customizable cakes in the state!

Our cake philosophy is simple. It's got to look great, and it's got to taste AMAZING. We don't do dry cake, and we don't do boring. Food is our passion! Cakes are all about fun, celebration, and great memories, and we promise to always keep that in mind. We are happy to do business with you, and offer friendly and efficient service. We make our fondant fresh for your order, using nothing but marshmallows and icing sugar. Flavoring too, should you so desire. Don’t believe the hype - not all fondant tastes bad. You’d actually have to work pretty hard to make marshmallows and icing sugar taste bad. Flavoring just enhances the experience.. our lemon flavored fondant tastes a lot like lemon Skittles, and our chocolate - made with Dutch Processed cocoa - tastes just like rolled out Tootsie Rolls!

We are pleased to offer not only fondant finishes, but also the MOST design & finishing options in the Twin Cities! Buttercream, Fondant, Sugar / Gumpaste flowers, draping, airbrushing, sketching, painting, sculpting.. If you can think it, we can make it. If you have a crazy idea in mind and have no idea if it will even work, we'd be pleased to help you challenge convention, physics - maybe even gravity itself - in realizing your dream. We LOVE a challenge, and love how cake design allows us to explore new techniques on a daily basis.

On to the heart of the matter - the cake itself. All of our flavors are crafted with the freshest premium ingredients, fully torted to an incredible height of 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling! We believe wedding cake is - first and foremost - a dessert... and what a dessert we offer! Straying far from the tradition of dry white cake, some examples of our most popular taste combinations are:

Bananas Foster - We start with our delicately flavored rum & cinnamon cake, then fill it with traditional bananas foster: fresh banana slices, brown sugar, nutmeg, rum, creme de banane, butter, etc. All of this goodness is sealed in with a brown sugar buttercream frosting!

Caramelized Pear - Our white cake with a very subtle pear flavor, spread with brown sugar buttercream and filled with caramelized slices of pears. Light & rich at the same time - very elegant!

Chai Spice - Brewed black tea is combined with vanilla bean, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg for a unique choice, and our most popular flavor! Chai buttercream filling completes the effect.

Macadamia - Our light and airy white cake, flavored with imported Macadamia nut liqueur... then topped off with a white chocolate macadamia nut mousse, made with premium Macadamia nut butter.

Tirimisu - One of our newest flavors, this is setting up to become a best seller - with good reason! Amaretto white cake layers, each brushed with Kahlua.. then spread with a lightly Kahlua flavored chocolate ganache, then filled with a Mascarpone Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
