Unique Venues
Mariner's Walk Pier overlooks the beautiful Charleston Harbor and historic downtown Charleston. The unique natural setting of the pier makes for a memorable ceremony for you to remember for years to come. The pier can hold a maximum of 120 seated guests.

The Harborside Beach is a very unique venue that can accommodate any number of guests for a ceremony and reception. The beach offers a view of historic downtown Charleston and the Charleston Harbor Marina. This area can accommodate any type of affair from Elegant to Casual.

Banquet Facilities
The Lookout Pavilion
At 4900 square feet, The Lookout provides open air covered space that overlooks the Charleston Harbor and Historic Downtown Charleston. Exclusively nestled at the very edge of Southern charm and creative style, The Lookout offers a personalized experience never to forget. This new, state of the art event space allows for the ability to host 150 - 350 guests for a seated meal or 1,000 for a standing reception. The Lookout also includes complimentary ceremony space located adjacent to the venue and tucked into in a clearing of woods that sits above the Harbor.

The Sunrise Terrace / Deck
Over 2000 square feet of open air covered space, the Terrace offers a 180 degree view of the Charleston Harbor and Historic Downtown Charleston. Overlooking the Marina and Beach area, this venue creates an alluring and unique atmosphere for any affair. This facility can accommodate approximately 200 people for a served luncheon or dinner and can hold approximately 300 for a standing reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres. You can add the deck for additional seating or band and dance floor.

The Atlantic Ballroom
At 1500 square feet, the Atlantic Ballroom opens up onto the Harbor Terrace and looks out over the pool and beach areas. Overlooking the Charleston Harbor, this room creates an intimate atmosphere for any affair. This facility can accommodate approximately 80 people for a served luncheon or dinner. This room can hold approximately 150 for a standing reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres.
