Chocolate - almost devil's food
Chocolate-Almond - European, light chocolate
Hazelnut-Almond - very moist, prepared with finely ground nuts
Yellow - buttery and rich
White - similar to angel food cake; richer and soft
Apricot Pound - prepared with apricot puree
Lemon Pound - prepared with fresh lemon
Carrot - very moist, lots of carrots, walnuts, coconut, and cinnamon
Banana - old fashioned
Coconut - moist and flavorful

FILLINGS (choose 1 or 2)
Buttercreams: vanilla, chocolate, praline, mocha, lemon, orange, key lime
Ganache: rich dark chocolate or white chocolate
Jams: raspberry, apricot, orange marmalade

Rolled Fondant - elegant, made with confectioners sugar. White, ivory, or pastel
