She has dedicated her time, energy and passion over the last six years, producing some of the most highly recognized shows broadcast across the nation. Erin has worked with top executives in her industry and is credited for her work on "Trista and Ryan's Wedding," "The Bachelor," "Average Joe," "Situation Comedy," "Bands on the Run," "Real World," "Road Rules," and many more.

What we offer: Chi Chi Shindigs offers everything from full-scale event planning, for the couple who needs assistance from finding a location, booking vendors, creating a budget, managing a timeline and conceptualizing the look of their event, to day of event coordination, for the couple that has done most of their planning but is in need of someone to oversee all vendor commitments, implement a timeline and orchestrate the event so that they can relax and enjoy their big day.

What we believe: Chi Chi Shindigs believes that planning your event should be exciting and fun, and that in order for you to enjoy the event planning process, you must feel a level of comfort and trust with the coordinator you choose. We assure you that at Chi Chi Shindigs we not only embrace your vision as if it were our own, but we make sure that each client feels like they're part of our family.

Tip for the Newly Engaged: Planning your upcoming wedding can get stressful, and it's easy to lose sight of what this occasion is truly about. Take the time to sit down with your fiancé and write a list of ten reasons why you're marrying one another. Take the list and put it in a safe place that you can get to easily. When things get rough, pull out your list and remember this day isn't about making your friends and family happy nor is it about the cost of the cake or flowers, it's about you and your fiancé and love that brought the two of you together in the first place.
